STEP 2: PROVISION OF INITIAL SKETCH BUILDING PLANS AND ELEVATIONS
Following the initial discussion we will then confirm our costs and will arrange to visit you and carry out a survey if necessary so that we can then provide you with CAD sketch building plans and elevations that will show your existing property and the proposed works.
These basic sketch building plans and elevations are an important stage in the design process as they allow you to see how the proposed alterations will look, consider any amendments you want to make and obtain initial feedback from the planning department about the feasibility of your design proposals and building plans.
Fees and Payment Terms
Our fees will all be confirmed during the initial consultation, we will provide you with a written confirmation of our proposed fees prior to commencement of the design process. Further to this we will then require your instruction to proceed.
- At the time of our initial site visit, we will request a payment of £50 to cover the cost of obtaining Ordnance Survey maps if required.
- Please note that part payment will be required upon completion of the initial sketch design.
- Full payment will be required upon completion of the detailed plans.
