Detailed plans for planning and building regulations applications

This service provides detailed building plans for all residential, commerical and healthcare building projects.

Following our initial consultation and following our visit to your premises we will produce sketch building plans for your proposed alterations, extension or refurbishments. If you then decide that you want to proceed to the next stage and obtain detailed building plans for planning and building regulations approval we would then proceed with the detailed design which will include:

We will then produce and agree a final set of detailed building plans and design proposals with you. We will liaise with you throughout this process; submit the final version of the plans for planning and building regulations approval; liaise with the planning and building regulations departments on your behalf taking on board any feedback and making amendments to the design proposals and plans as necessary to ensure that they have the best chance of approval.

Project Management Service

Once your building plans are approved, the appointment of builders and the building process itself can be very daunting for anyone not familiar with the process. We also offer a project management service where we will manage and take the stress out of this process for you .
